DOMAIN 4: PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Description of
Learning: My Domain 4 learning experience is just beginning. I am learning through my Practical
Introduction to Teaching Physical Education class how reflect on teaching through
using data obtained through analyzing teachers. I am learning on how to reflect on my
teaching experience. I have also
learned the value of maintaining accurate records to be able to effectively
review student progress. Through
student teaching I expect to learn to communicate with families, contribute
to school and district and grow and develop professionally. The main classes taken within this domain include:
Reflection: I feel that I currently am very professional. I believe there is always room for
improvement and will personally strive to meet and exceed the expectations of
professional responsibility. I am able
to reflect on my own teaching and accept feedback from peers and
professors. I believe my business background
will help me to maintain accurate records, communicate with families and
working towards contributing to the school and district. I will continue my growth and development
as a professional by attending additional classes, seminars and certifications. I will attempt to stay on top of cutting

demeanor through constant reflection on current teaching. I will review student records for feedback
to improve my own teaching and student understanding of lessons taught. I will communicate with families to
establish rapport, seek assistance from other professionals and participate
in school-related activities. I will
show professionalism by dressing for success, acting responsible and using
the relevant codes of ethics for the teaching profession. |
